You are looking at an Isfahan rug, 70 years of age. This is a bargin. This same rug in, say New York, will cost you minimum $60,000.
The rug size is ideal for most spaces. The age is exceptionally appealing because it has already aged 70 years, so now is a perfect time to buy - and hold for three decades to make it a "century-old" antique.
This is in excellent conditino given the age, and no repair has been made to the rug. Only the fringes show moderate wear; if you'd like, this is a relatively simple repair at Dena Rug. As many collectors prefer as-is, we do not carry on any repairs unless requested.
